It can’t be glued back. It has to be re-covered. The good news is that the frame underneath is usually fine, so you keep the couch and lose the peeling. ## What we see most - **Peeling seats and armrests.** The places you touch every day go first. The recliner in the photo above came to us like that, in black, and went home in tan. - **Torn seams and split panels.** A cushion that’s been dropped into a hundred times splits along the stitching. - **Flat cushions.** The cover’s fine but you sink to the frame. That’s a foam job. ## Real leather or leather-look We work in both. Genuine leather costs more and ages with you. Leather-look is kinder on the budget and wipes clean, which is why restaurants and clinics ask for it. Two of the couches in our before-and-after went from black to tan and from black to red. ### Do you restuff leather cushions? Yes.
